Ran 2 miles on treadmill at 4.5 incline.
500 meter Row Sprints x 4

WOD: 3 rounds of the following 2 circuits.
A. Overhead Squats 10-15 reps
~ 55lbs, 65lbs x 2
Pushups x 20
Pull-ups x 5 ( no assistance)
Sit-ups with 25 lb plate x 20
Bicycles x 30

B. 5 power cleans ( 95lbs)
10 Dead lifts (95lbs)
Standing Ab twist With 25lb plate x 20-30 reps
Overhead tricep extensions with 25lb plate x 15 reps
