50 Reverse lunge with kick ( 25 each leg)

10 burpees with hop on the bench step

50 Walking Push ups

20 KB swings ( 35lb KB)

50 Mountain climbers ( aka floor sprints)

50 Shuffles off the bench

50 Sumo Squat with knee to chest

20 Thrusters (45 lb Bar bell)

50 One leg bridge with leg lift ( 25 each leg)

30 Wall Balls with 16 lb medicine ball

50 side to side squat with leg lift

20 Sand bag squat cleans ( approx 36 lbs)

50 One arm tricep Push up ( 25 each side)

50 Star Crunch sit ups ( legs out and arms go between legs)

20 Kettle bell swings ( 35 lb KB)

50 Diagonal touch down with 8 lb UGI ball ( 25 each side)

50 side plank with leg lift ( 25 each side)

50 One leg wall sit ( 25 each side)
