Up and down stadium bleachers X 1
10 clean and press with sandbag
Up and down stadium bleachers x 1
10 Burpee/pushup/bicep curls with sandbag
Up and down stadium bleachers x 1
20 fast bentover rows with sandbag
Up and down stadium bleachers x 1
10-15 Situps with sandbag
10 single leg deadlifts with kettlebell each leg.
10 goblet squats

Repeat

3 sets calf raises with sandbag or kettlebell.
