Close Grip Bench Press
add 5# to your 90% then:
5@75%
3@85%
1+ @95%

I did 75 lbs x 5, 85 lbs x5 and 95 lbs x 7
WOD
Toes to Bar x 14
Ground to Overhead x 7 I did 55lbs ( felt easy but was cardio focused not weight focused)
AMRAP 20 minutes

Cash out: Barbell Rollouts x 50

Extra work:
pre class row: 2000 meters
post class : 50 24″ inch box jumps and 75 wall balls with 14 lbs
