Front Squat
Add 10# to 90% of your max you’ve been working with, then:
5@ 75% – 3@ 85% – 1+@ 95%

95 x 5….,115 x 3…..125 x 3

WOD
Run 400 meters
Deadlifts x 5 @ 70%….. I started with 135lbs for 1st round, then increased to 160lbs for rounds 2-4 because 135 was too lite:-)
Dips x 10
Rope Climb x 1
4 rounds

Cashout: pistol squats
