Sprint and Mini Wods!

Kristy Fenster Avery Interval Sprint Workout:

Warm up: 5 min
Interval running and sprint work
5,4,3,2,1 rest 30 seconds bt All sprints. 1 minute for each sprint
5 at 0% 8mph
4 at 4% 7.5mph
3 at 8% 6.5mph
2 at 10% 6mph
1 at 12% 5.5 mph
Then rest 2 min:

10 thrusters 65lbs EMOM for 10 min.

5 rounds of the following: ( wolf river crossfit)
20 double unders
10 pullups
10 DB swings with 40lb

rest 1 min then:

5 rounds of the following
10 Toes to bar
10 pushups
