FrankenWod plus deadlifts from WRCF

Strength:

Deadlift 5@65% – 5@75% – 5+ @85%

My max is 205, so I did the following :

Bar x 5, 95 x 5, 115 x 5, 135 x 5, 155 x 5 and 175 x 5

Work:

Barbell box step ups x 31
Pull ups x 31
Med ball Sit ups x 31
Back Squats x 31
Burpees x 31
Slam Balls x 31 I sub’d wall balls # 16
Thrusters x 31
Double Unders x 31
KB Swings x 31

Women’s Barbell weight was #65 and KB # 35. Slam balls can be # 25/30

Men’s weight can be 105 for barbell and # 53 on KB

I did it in 17:40 but was feeling sore and a bit mentally drained pre-WOD.
