Overhead Squat

75 x 8
95 x 3
115 x 3…… 8 times
Last set: knees buckled… Work on weight in heels and push knees out

Push Press

45 x 3

keep hands a little
Outside shoulder width…. Keep weight in heels
Stance : shoulder width…
60 x 3
75 x 3 …..
85 x 3 …… 5 times
4th set easier when using more hips ( dip and drive)

Front Squat

Warmup with 85 x 3 then 95x 3

115 x3
125 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3

I need to continue to work on pressing my knees out.
