Biggest challenge was keeping good form throughout row and Push-ups, I am pretty good at TTB ( toes to bar) and KB swings although swings got to my shoulder at about 15 reps .
I felt tired throughout workout which has been a streak for me this week. I started PT on my foot for an injury, gave blood for the first time in my life and haven’t slept well this week, so Hopefully just under the weather and will feel better next week:)
