Intervals

This was my workout yesterday. I have less than an hr to workout but wanted to sweat and work on some things I need to improve on (Dips, strict HSPU, and running).

Some of this interval workout was from Crossfit Collierville’s, Wednesday WoD but I changed some movements to tailor it to my needs.

10 min amrap

Pullups x 5
Sits x 10
Strict HSPU x 5

~10 plus 1

Rest 5

10 min amrap

Ring Dips x 2
BOx Jumps x 5
Wall balls x 10
15 strokes on rower

~ 5

Rest 5

10 min amrap

GTO x 5 #
HRPU x 10
Run or Row 250m

~ 3 plus 14

Terms:
Amrap: as many rounds/reps as possible
HSPU: Handstand Push up
GTO: Ground to Overhead (with barbell starting on the floor and ending overhead with arms in full extension)
HRPU: Hand Release Push up
