Bar x 10, 65x 10, then 65x 15, 75x 12, 85 x10, 95x 8, 105x 6 and 115x 4( hard)
I did swings hollow body swings on rings and then practiced pulling rings to hips.
Snatch + 2 OHS
Warmed up with 3 sets of tall snatches x 2
+ OHS x 2
Then 65, 85, 95,105,115, and lost 125 behind me and was dizzy so I stopped!
Muscle up transitions between reps and practiced negatives on way down.
