Warmed up with tall snatches x 3 sets of 2

Then worked up to a heavy single Snatch

65 x 3, 85 x 2, 95 x 2, 105x 1, 115x 1, 125 x 1 , 135 failed to stand up with it but the catch was success and felt great though! 😳🎉

Build to a heavy C& J for today

95x 1, 105x 1, 115 x 1, 125x 1, 145 x 1, 155 X1 and 165 failed x 2 folded in middle. Middle got soft ( didn’t hold breath) and also elbows dropped. I need to practice the squat clean more often in future.
