Front rack mobility

Front Squat 3×5 @ 130lbs (75%)

10 min @ 85%

150m row
Front rack weight alt reverse lunges #75 x 12
5 strict Pull-ups

Rest 5 min

10 min @85%

10 burpees
10 sit-ups
7 Deadlifts @ 65% 1RM

I had intended on a third 10 min amrap but was nauseated & fatigued! Still not 100% since sinus surgery last Tuesday! Will continue to push but listen to my body.
