Next I did an interval WOD with my Fiancé

With a #20/12 weight vest

3 min amrap
Rest 6 min
6 min amrap
Rest 6 min
Then for time:
5 HSPU
10Pull ups
15 Deck Squats
20 Burpees
25 Goblet Squats
30 Box Jumps

I did this backward & fiancé as written to not get in each other’s way:)

3 min = 60 reps
6 min= 100 reps
For Time= 7:00 min
