KB clean and press x 5 per side
KB swings x 10
Goblet squats x 10

Then 16 min EMOM

Min1: OHP x 6-8
Min2: CTB pull-ups x 8
Min3: Ring Dips x 6-8
Min4: Hollow Holds x 20-30 sec

Clean and Jerk technique: build to a sharp heavy single!

Today light weight felt heavy but I pushed through!
