Valentine’s Day Saturday Session

Warm up with 800m light run

2 rounds
Glute bridges (banded) x 15-20
Banded squats x 10-15
10 push-ups

Then

10min EMOM

Odd: 200m run
Even: 10 Back Squats @#95

Started with back squats then run was always about 60-70 sec so I went immediately into back squats and then had about 15 seconds of rest before each run.

Rest as needed then

10 rounds

Bench press x 10 @#75
Double Unders x 40

All but one set of DU unbroken. They felt good today, trying to practice on breathing and using more wrist and less rotation at shoulder or upper arm this usually tires my biceps out.
