Emom for 30 mins

Min 1: 10-15 cal row
Min 2: 10-15 burpees
Min 3. 4 lateral squats/4 Jump lunges repeat for 45sec
Min 4: 20 sec hollow hold/20 sec superman hold
Min 5: push-up to toe touch alt sides 10-15
