5 sets
Bent over rows x 8-10
Single arm KB press x 6-8
V ups with medball x 10/ last 2 sets side v-ups with toe touch no weight.
Pistols 8-10 per side

Conditioning :

Emom for 16 min

Row for 12 cal
Push-ups max reps x 30 sec
Squat jumps with sandbag x 15
Burpees x 12

Every 90 second do 1 round for total of 5 rounds. 7.5 mins total

5 cleans
5 Front squats
5 push press
5 back squat

Was going to do 5 rounds for time but did eat enough today and I am starving and not much left in the tank!
