Front Squat x 3 reps
KB bent over rows 8 per with pause at top, then 8 per no pause.
Strict HSPU x 5 

Then Front Squat 3×2 with ending weight .. Mine # 155


Conditioning
 Overall a little slow😞but held on😊🎉
