#65/75/85/95 each x 5 & 105 x 3 ( I had no one to spot.)

Minute 1: pp, Minute 2 Burpees ect….

10 Burpees
150m run
12 pistols 
Conditioning
box jumps
KB swings #44
Stationary reverse Lunges with #75
