Hang power clean + Jerk 1.1.1 with 5 sec between singles

#65/85/95/95 ( 65 warm up) just working on mechanics

Min 1: Bench press @ 85 x 6-8

Min 2: 10 burpees

Min 3: sit-ups x 20 and 10-15 sec hollow hold
