3/28/16 Garage Workout

I got home late from work last night so decide to do some work in the garage. This is day 2 of starting back lifting since my surgery in January. I am sore from my and my husband’s Sunday workout that took me 55 min to complete! Today I did the following:

5 sets of the following :

Front Squat X 3-5 reps @ 21×1 tempo

85/95/105 X 5 reps 115/120 X 3 reps

forearm curls to strengthen elbow & forearm X 10-12 reps

Penguin walks with band around top of knees X forward/backward/leftx20/rights 20

Lying external rotation X 10
18 min amrap:

8 wall balls #14

8 Thrusters X #55

8 Box Jumps

8 Hang Cleans #55

8 burpees 

8 cals on AD
I did ~6 rounds
