Me & Bae’s Garage Workout 4/16/16

Me & my husband did a partner workout in the garage yesterday. Felt great other than my elbow, so I decided to do banded pullups to take some pressure off of it! 

We did the following workout alternating every 10 reps

60 cal row

60 box jumps

60 deadlifts 185/125

60 wall balls

60 ring dips or banded pullups

60 wall balls

60 deadlifts 185/125

60 box jumps

60 cal row
