I did CrossFit Mechanix WOD

Front squat 7 sets x 2 reps @ 85% 1R max
#150 after warming up bar/65/85/105/115/135

Metcon:

6 deck squats

5 TTB

4 pC @ 85 ( for me) 60% BW

3 Push jerks at #85

4:30

Then came home & did the following core & sculpting work!

Rowed 3750m

Every 500 x 3 sets got off & did bicep curls x 12 #20

Then same for last 3 sets but did shoulder press x #25

Then every 250m x 3 I did front leaning rest (plank) 30 sec/45sec/1min
