5/17/16 starting strong lift 5×5 

Today me and my husband’s partner in crime Charles Taylor started strong lifts 5×5 so I did the following lifts today then a metcon for some quick cardio😛

Back squat 5x 5 @ 105 lbs approx 50% of max 

Bench press 5×5 @ 60 lbs

Bent over row 5×5 @ 65lbs 

Deadlift 70 x 10/125 x 7/135 x 5/155 x 3/ 175x 2/ 200 x 1/ 200 x 1/ 200 x 1

Then

5 rounds each 30 sec work/ 30 seconds rest.

Thrusters x 65 lbs

HSPU

Front rack reverse lunges x 65lbs

Sits ups

Tired but got I done 💪🏻
