Deadlift 130 1×5
15 min EMOM

Min 1: Power Cleans#95  X 5 plus 2-3 strict pull-ups

Min 2: RDL’s # 95 X 8 + hollow holds X 20-30 sec

Min 3: KB snatches 5 per
