6/21/16 workout

Strength
1) Every 1:30 for 6:00 (5 total sets)-
1 Power clean + 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk 95/100/105/110/115 trying to build back strength. 

Then rest 2 min
4 sets of 3 reps push press @105

Between sets complete :

Bird dogs X 20
Strict banded CTB pull-ups :supinate grip X 2 sets & pronated X 2 set for 6-8 reps each.

Then banded ring dips X 6-8 reps

Conditioning:

*16 min amrap

10 ps ( power snatches)
12 TTB ( toes to bar)
15 box jumps
25 cal row
*This was a 20 min amrap but being a parent means interruptions 😩 so I ended it with 3 min and some change left🙅
~3 rounds
