B: 3 sets of 10-15 sec static pull-up hold 

C: 3 sets

Bent over rows #75 X 10 but dropped to 65x 10 for last 2 sets

Good Mornings X 8@65

Weighted Box step ups X 8-10 per leg #22.5lb DB’s 

D:Conditioning:

Every 5 min for 20 min
