I did my first strict chest to bar pull-ups today which is big for me, but not so much to others

A:Bench Press 12/8/6/5 # 65/75/85/95

then 3 sets of 5 reps @ 105

B:10 sets of 2 strict pull-ups with 10 sec between sets.

C. Tall snatch X 3 sets

Build to a heavy 3 position snatch

Then 125 X 1

D: 5 sets of 1 strict CTB pull-up

E: Metcon:

20 min amrap

4 weighted strict muscle ups on power monkey #15

3 power snatches #105

FLR on rings X 20-30 sec
