Asian Broccoli Cashew Stir-fry

Asian Broccoli Cashew Stir-fry Ingredients:

1lb grass feed beef

Full fat coconut milk 2 Tbsp for meat & 1 Tbsp for mango sauce

1 Tsp Curry sauce Ginger powder to taste

approx 1/4 tsp Spicy Everything from Flavor god

1 Bag of broccoli slaw

1/2 medium bag of organic frozen or fresh peas

1 red bell pepper

1/2 raw cashews

1 cup of frozen or fresh mangoes

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp lime juice

 

Combine grass fed beef, coconut milk, curry sauce, ginger powder, & spicy everything in a large skillet, cook and set aside. next saute broccoli slaw, peas, bell pepper in 1-2 Tbsp of coconut oil. while sauteing vegetables in a blender combine mangoes, olive oil, curry sauce, lime juice, coconut milk and blend till smoothie, then pour into broccoli slaw mixture, add cashew meat. allow entire mixture to saute for about 5-10 min on low & ENJOY.
