 Me & Bae decided to workout after the gym baby shower. 

OHS 5.5.5.5.3.3.3

GHD sit-ups 3 x 10 

SLDL #20-#26 (3x10per) 

Conditioning: 

20 min amrap

400m run/500m row ( for me)

10 Thrusters # 65

10 burpee over the bar

10 med all sit-ups

For every round you do add 1 pullup.
Total 4 rounds completed
