Thursday AMRAP’s

Today I took my gym WOD @crossfit Mechanix and modified it to my needs. I am having a little elbow pain after trying muscle-up in the team series workouts. Trying being the key word😩! I need to work on this skill and developing hip drive and pull timing. I have had a busy week so this workout was needed! Hope you enjoy 😊
