Friday Front Squats & Conditioning

Still having pain in calf so can’t squat below parallel with weight. I did all of this and did have some pain afterwords, but it felt as if it was getting better so I wanted to see how much I could tolerate. I am not sure that is the right thing to do🙄. 

Box front squats x 6-8 worked up to 80%
EMOM x 12 min
Min1: wall balls x 15

Min2: power snatch x 6-8 #85

Min3: ring dips 3-5 reps plus plate grip farmer carries around rig #25’s

Min4: 10 pull-ups

Rest 2 min

Then

10 min amrap

5 clean & jerks #85
5 HSPU

10 V-ups

10 Burpees
4 rounds
