Today’s workout was a combo of workouts taken from competitiors training off Instagram but the weight on A we changed for my ability and the weight and movement was changed on section B:)
A:Strength conditioning

95 x 15 horrible lol broke into: 7/4/2/2

Stayed @95 for 9 and did all 9 unbroken. My goal is to retest in future and get to where I break 15 in no more than 2 sets then eventually unbroken
