Sunday Open Gym @ Mechanix 

Today I decided to workout on a max thruster for a competition I am going to do in Feb. This is the first time I have done a max thruster ever. It was fun getting a baseline down. The sequence went as follows

65/75/85/95/105/115/125/135/145F/145F/140

Then I did a pretty challenging metcon from Crossfit Mechanix Saturday programming but instead of a partner WOD, I did it solo. The workout was as follows

20 Hang squat Cleans @ 95/65

50 wall balls

100 DU’s

14 Hang Squat Cleans @ 135/95

50 HSPU’s

100 DU’s

8 Hang Squat Cleans @ 165/125

75 Sit Ups

100 DU’s

4 Hang Squat Cleans @ 155

50 Kettle Bell Snatches

100 DU’s
