3/23/17 Upper Body strength workout

Airdyne warmup with arms only. 10 sec moderate/10 sec easy.

4 sets of: 

Band alternating high and low pulls x 8 reps

Weighted V-ups x 10-15 #10

4 sets of 

Banded chest to bar pull-ups (chin-up grip) with 3 sec up & 3 sec down.  X 6-8

Push-ups x 15

4 sets of

Left leg 5lb weight leg extensions x 15

5 single leg burpees 

4 sets of
5 strict toes to bar

Alternating DB shoulder press #30 x 14
